So I've been informed that the category title buttons weren't behaving properly on mobile devices. 

After some digging, the script I used does not run on mobile. 

So I created a mobile version with a different script. It works very similarly:  it still takes you to another random page, with the only limitation that it takes you to the top of the page, rather than keeping you on the same scroll position you were. 

If I find a better solution, I'll update the file accordingly.
